tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">personal service<\/a> or send to the occupant, addressed to the occupant&#x2019;s last known address and to the alternative address specified in RCW 19.150.120(2) by certified mail, postage prepaid, a <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"cmtt_fc31703c970977df6a93d816128e6346\" href=\"https:\/\/www.trainingpips.com\/index.php\/glossary\/notice\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">notice<\/a> of <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"cmtt_57809cfbe4d858af2da12b93b85070d5\" occupant&#x2019;s right to use the storage space has terminated and that the occupant no longer has <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"cmtt_efd1176573968a179ccaba86a4fac324\" href=\"https:\/\/www.trainingpips.com\/index.php\/glossary\/access\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">access<\/a> to the stored property.<\/em><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: left;\" valign=\"top\"><span style=\"color: #004500;\"><em>(2)<\/em><\/span><\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: left;\" valign=\"top\"><span style=\"color: #004500;\"><em>That the stored property is subject to a <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"cmtt_57809cfbe4d858af2da12b93b85070d5\" href=\"https:\/\/www.trainingpips.com\/index.php\/glossary\/lien\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">lien<\/a>, and the amount of the <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"cmtt_57809cfbe4d858af2da12b93b85070d5\" href=\"https:\/\/www.trainingpips.com\/index.php\/glossary\/lien\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">lien<\/a> accrued and to <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"cmtt_675ae548ba023ec8707187d1efae29ca\" href=\"https:\/\/www.trainingpips.com\/index.php\/glossary\/accrue\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">accrue<\/a> prior to the date required to be specified in subsection (3) of this section.<\/em><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: left;\" valign=\"top\"><span style=\"color: #004500;\"><em>(3)<\/em><\/span><\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: left;\" valign=\"top\"><span style=\"color: #004500;\"><em>That the property, other than personal papers and personal effects, <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"cmtt_836e5f892f15e815cb6ad041454ae630\" href=\"https:\/\/www.trainingpips.com\/index.php\/glossary\/may\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">may<\/a> be sold to satisfy the <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"cmtt_57809cfbe4d858af2da12b93b85070d5\" href=\"https:\/\/www.trainingpips.com\/index.php\/glossary\/lien\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">lien<\/a> after a specified date which is not less than fourteen days from the date of mailing the <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"cmtt_57809cfbe4d858af2da12b93b85070d5\" href=\"https:\/\/www.trainingpips.com\/index.php\/glossary\/lien\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">lien<\/a> sale <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"cmtt_fc31703c970977df6a93d816128e6346\" href=\"https:\/\/www.trainingpips.com\/index.php\/glossary\/notice\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">notice<\/a>, or a minimum of forty-two days after the date when any part of the rent or other charges due from the occupants remain unpaid, whichever is later, unless the amount of the <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"cmtt_57809cfbe4d858af2da12b93b85070d5\" href=\"https:\/\/www.trainingpips.com\/index.php\/glossary\/lien\/\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">lien<\/a> is paid.
